A one-step procedure to stop hiccups: an involuntary contraction (myoclonic jerk) of the diaphragm that may repeat several times per minute.

Procedure: Place left finger-pads to right #14 (bottom of the right rib cage). And place right finger-pads on left #14 (bottom of left rib cage).

Note: You may also simply hold the same side of the body #14s, or bottom edge of rib cage as illustrated/demonstrated. No pressure is needed, only good gentle contact until hiccups are resolved.
