A condition in which feces are discharged from the bowels frequently and in a liquid form. Generally, diarrhea can be in several groups or types.

Three basic categories are: watery, fatty (malabsorption), and inflammatory. Watery diarrhea may be subdivided into osmotic, secretory, and functional types. The other types can be subdivided as well. Although, the causes need to be addressed, TKM provides a way to help stop the misery until you can further address causes.
Procedure: Place finger-pads on lumbar vertebra 3, 4 & 5, while also holding right #8, as illustrated/demonstrated.
Another Procedure: Place finger-pads on right #8 and right #11, as illustrated/demonstrated.
