
A one-step procedure for an epileptic seizure (also known as an epileptic fit, seizure or fit, is a brief episode of signs or symptoms due to abnormal excessive or synchronous neuronal activity in the brain).
Procedure: Hold the entire left and right thumbs firmly, as illustrated!
Note: If there is another person, they can hold both great toes (big toes) firmly, while thumbs are being held by another person. If you're alone and can feel the first signs of the onset of a seizure, quickly hold both of your thumbs firmly and breathe deeply and sharply.
Important: Continue to hold this step until the person is fully conscious and stable. There are other TKM procedures to treat causes, contact our Institute or Academy.
