My Procedures

Pain is commonly thought of as a signal in your nervous system that something may be wrong. It is an unpleasant feeling, such as a prick, tingle, sting, burn, or ache. Pain may be sharp or dull. It may come and go, or it may be constant.  Pain is interrupted or congested energy flow, and that message is carried by the CNS to the brain.

Procedure Videos:

Severe pain is often defined as a chronic situation of pain that interferes with some or all the activities of daily living. May cause bed confinement or chair rest because of the severity. Typically, it doesn’t go away, and treatment needs to be continuous for days, weeks, months, or years. It could also be defined as a very intense level of pain. TKM changes that scenario.

Self-help Procedure:

Step 1: Apply your left hand to both left and right #20s, or simply cradle or hold your forehead with your left hand, as illustrated.

And place your right hand across both left and right #14s simultaneously, as illustrated.

Step 2: Place your left hand’s finger-pads to the tip of the sternum (tip of xiphoid process), and your right hand will contact left, right, and center of pubic bone simultaneously, as illustrated.

Note: Four hands applied for each of the two steps is best, although the self-help process holds the same locations and provides results.
