
A toothache is a pain in or around a tooth. Minor toothaches can come from a temporary gum irritation that you can treat at home, or may be caused by Tooth decay, Abscessed tooth, Tooth fracture, A damaged filling, Repetitive motions - such as chewing gum or grinding teeth, Infected gums.
Symptoms may include: Swelling around the tooth, Fever or headache, Foul-tasting drainage from the infected tooth. Tooth pain that may be sharp, throbbing, or constant. In some people, pain results only when pressure is applied to the tooth.
Procedure: Place Right finger-pads on right side of #11, plus hold the entire left index finger with the left-hand, as illustrated.
Note: This helps the upper left teeth and gums and lower right teeth and gums. If you place finger-pads on left side #11 and hold the right index finger, it will help the opposite. Left lower teeth and gums and right upper teeth and gums.
Only gentle contact is needed, no pressure. Hold an average of 5 to 20 minutes or until symptoms are relieved. Repeat as needed.
For Self-help: Apply the same procedure except you Loop the Index finger with your thumb, like you are going to thump something (index-nail to thumb-pad gently).
