My Procedures

The immune system has a vital role to protect the body from harmful substances. It’s the body’s tool for preventing or limiting infection, germs and cell changes that could make you ill. Without it, the body is not able to withstand attacks from bacteria, viruses, parasites, fungus, and more.  It’s made up of various organs, cells and proteins. If your immune system is strong, you don’t worry about the common immune challenges.

The primary energy sphere among several is #3 and is profound in helping immune or illness challenges when antibiotics and most other approaches fail or are just not sufficient for recovery.  It’s also vital for the lymphatic system and is the only energy sphere that helps balance inhaling and exhaling, and respiratory functions. Helps all the epidermis (skin surface) and all digestive functions as well as any breathing difficulties. It’s primary for fever, asthma, common cold, and all flu and viruses, any groin or foot conditions or pain, knotted muscles on shoulders, fatigue, bursitis, spleen and stomach issues. It is the key factor for resolving stuttering and voice issues as well as difficulties in speech and expressing thoughts and words.  

This application is a two-step procedure that prepares the way for the E.S. #3 to work unhindered for expedient results.  When applied thoroughly and repeatedly or consecutively it has shown to work better than anything known to recover from most common immune related health challenges.

Two-Step Procedure:

Step 1: Place finger-pads on #15, and on same side of the body #6 (either hand’s fingers).

Step 2: Finger-pads remain on #15, and the other hand’s fingers move from the #6 to the same side of the body #3, as illustrated. 

Important: Apply these 2 steps to the left side of the body, then the right side. No pressure needed, only gentle contact. Hold from 5 minutes to 20 minutes per step. This may be repeated as often as needed.

Bonus Procedure: Place finger-pads to #3 and opposite side of the body #13.
