My Procedures

Heart palpitations (pal-pih-TAY-shuns) are feelings of having a fast-beating, fluttering, or pounding heart. Stress, exercise, medication or, rarely, a medical condition can trigger them.

Although heart palpitations can be worrisome, medically they’re usually considered harmless.  Rarely heart palpitations can be a symptom of a more serious heart condition, such as an irregular heartbeat (arrhythmia).  This TKM procedure also helps arrhythmia.

Symptoms: Heart palpitations can feel like the heart is: Beating too fast, Flip-flopping, fluttering rapidly, pounding, skipping beats.

Heart palpitations may be felt in the throat or neck as well as the chest. They occur during activity or at rest. Heart rate can be noticeably rapid, strong, or a irregular heartbeat due to agitation, exertion, or illness.

Apply this TKM procedure thoroughly for effective relief. The three step procedures very powerful for stopping palpitations. The first and second step are for stopping palpitations while the third step dilates the heart valves.

Heart palpitations (pal-pih-TAY-shuns) are feelings of having a fast-beating, fluttering or pounding heart. Stress, exercise, medication or, rarely, a medical condition can trigger them.

Important: There is not a left and right procedure. This is to apply to another person, not on self (except for 1st step) because some locations cannot be reached on oneself.  You sit on the Right side of the person needing help. Note: It is important to use the correct finger-pads to the correct locations for it to work properly.

PROCEDURE (3-steps):

Step 1: Left to Left #7 (center of the pad of left big toe)

and    Right to Left #5 (medial ankle hollow)

Step 2: Left to Left #10 (between the shoulder blade and the spine at the horizontal level of T5, as illustrated/demonstrated), only move left hand, right remains on #5.

Step 3: Right to Left #17 (little finger side of the wrist in the hollow of the ulnar joint), only move right hand, left remains on #10.

Note: Hold the first step from 5 to preferably 20 minutes until palpitations calm down, then move to second step for 5 to preferably 20 minutes, then third step. Repeat as often as needed until the issue is resolved. Gently hold each step until the heart is regulated completely, repeat as needed. For chronic issues the process can also be applied between palpitation episodes to prevent them.
