
A one-step procedure for helping burns; sunburn, burning, burn, burned, (a type of injury to skin, or other tissues, caused by heat, cold, electricity, chemicals, friction, or radiation, including sunburn. Procedure: Place both of your hands with fingers together on the largest part of each calve muscles of the person (fingers toward the head, not toward feet) and rest comfortably in that position. The focal point is the center of the Palm to the center of the largest part of the left and right calf muscles.
Details: Place the left palm to the right calve muscle, and the right palm to the left calf muscle with fingers pointed towards the back of the knee, as demonstrated. No pressure whatsoever is needed, only gentle contact. This one-step is applied for a minimum of 20 minutes or an average of one hour. It can be applied longer if needed and repeatedly until completely resolved. The person applying this should be in a comfortable position and relax.
