Procedures

A one-step procedure known to consistently stop Severe Angina Pectoris or Myocardial infarction (MI), commonly known as a heart attack. Apply for these: heart attack, cardiovascular episode, cardiac arrest, irregular heartbeat, chest pain, angina, cardiac, heart, heart problem.

Angina pectoris occurs when the flow of blood to the myocardium (heart muscle) is insufficient to meet the metabolic demands of the myocardium. Fibrin, cholesterol, and other substances can form a plaque in the coronary arteries restricting the flow of oxygen and nutrients to the myocardium. Sometimes, a plaque can rupture and form a clot that blocks coronary blood flow. The impaired blood flow can cause angina or even myocardial infarction (heart attack).

Common angina symptoms include pressure, tightness, pain, squeezing or aching sensation in the chest or arms that may spread to the neck, jaw or back, sometimes with associated nausea, indigestion, heartburn or abdominal pain, shortness of breath, cold sweat, fatigue, lightheadedness, or sudden dizziness.

When blood flow decreases or stops to a part of the heart, causing damage to the heart muscle,

The most common symptom is chest pain or discomfort which may travel into the shoulder, arm, back, neck, or jaw. Often occurs in the center or left side of the chest and lasts for more than a few minutes and may feel like heartburn.

Other symptoms may include shortness of breath, nausea, feeling faint, a cold sweat, or feeling tired or exhausted. About 30% of people have atypical symptoms. Women more often have atypical symptoms than men. Among those over 75 years old, about 5% have had an MI with little or no history of symptoms. An MI may cause heart failure, an irregular heartbeat, cardiogenic shock, or cardiac arrest.

TKM focuses on the electrical system (or bio-electromagnetic system) of the body to STOP the malfunction temporarily to apply appropriate procedures to prevent further occurrences. TKM provides more in-depth study to address the causes with TKM, but not in this app.

Vital: For a heart attack, be sure to remove any rings, watch, or metallic objects before applying the method.

Procedure: PLACE right finger-pads to 5th thoracic vertebra (spinous process, which is the fifth protruding bone on the spine down from the base of the neck). And place your Left hand to hold their entire LEFT Little finger.

Note: Hold the entire finger while your right hand remains on 5th T.V. until all signs and symptoms are alleviated. Relief usually starts right away, and most heart attacks cease in an average of 4-5 minutes. This procedure is for the emergency episode only.  Be sure to remain with the person applying this procedure because they may go back into another heart attack unless you know other TKM procedures to help resolve the cause. This step may be repeated as often as needed until cause is addressed and resolved.
